You have begun your path toward an easy and secure way to manage payment of your Community Memorial Hospital bills. Our goal is to make this process as simple and convenient as possible.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted. Payments can also be made from a checking or savings account.

If you have made a credit/debit card payment via the online portal and it is determined that you are due a refund, Community Memorial Hospital will issue a refund to the original card used for payment.
Refund requests or canceling a payment can be made by contacting the CMH Business Office at 218-878-7069. Please allow 7–10 business days for a refund to appear on the cardholder’s account.

We understand that an unexpected medical debt may create a financial hardship for some people and they are unable to pay their balance in full. If you are unable to pay the “Current Amount Due From Patient”, we expect the Minimum Monthly Payment according to schedule. If you are unable to pay the minimum amount on your account(s), you must contact the Patient Account Specialist at 218-878-7069.
Multiple accounts for different service dates and/or different family members can be combined when requested. We also have our Community Care Program applications which are available at the hospital, can be downloaded here, or you can request one be mailed to you.
