Where new moms take care of themselves, together

A Nesting Place is a group for new moms with infants up to one year and anyone in their third trimester of pregnancy. Mothers are welcome no matter where they live or delivered their baby. The group provides a safe and supportive environment to discuss all postpartum issues: breastfeeding, baby blues, anxiety, depression, sleep, relationships, exercise, nutrition—you name it! Meetings are free, and the content will vary based on the group’s needs.

When: 2nd & 4th Tuesday of every month
Time: 1-2 PM
Where: CMH Pine Meeting Room (Ground Floor)

Upcoming sessions will be hosted by Kelly Walsh, Occupational Therapist.
