Living Well With Diabetes

First class meets on Thursday, March 5, 2020 | 1-3:30pm

The Living Well With Diabetes class will meet on six Thursdays starting March 5, 2020, from 1-3:30pm. Held in conjunction with Juniper, an organization that delivers health and wellness programs throughout Minnesota, the sessions are designed for 12 to 16 participants facing type 2 diabetes.

Participants will make weekly action plans, share experiences, and solve problems they encounter along the way. Physicians, diabetes educators, and other health professionals have reviewed the course materials. Trained leaders Mary Kay Marciniak and Stacy Colich will lead the sessions.

  • Thursday, March 26, 2020
  • Thursday, April 2, 2020
  • Thursday, April 9, 2020.

All classes meet from 1-3:30pm at CMH in the Diabetes Education Classroom. Classes are free, with a suggested donation of $5 per session. Registration is required.
