Letterhead templates for staff use

CMH & SHCC Letterheads

Departmental letterheads are available for staff

Community Memorial Hospital and Sunnyside Health Care Center departmental letterheads are available for download; scroll down the page to find your department. In most cases, Microsoft Word documents have been created in both b&w and color for staff use.

Instructions for downloading and use

Letterhead files are Microsoft Word documents. Word documents should be downloaded and saved to your desktop. In most cases, Microsoft Word documents will be the best way to easily create and maintain your department’s letterhead for day-to-day office correspondence.

  • Click on the file you desire and SAVE LINK AS…
  • Tell your computer where to save your file.
  • When you have the Microsoft Word application running, OPEN the Word file from your saved folder. SAVE AS a new file using your current version of Word (either keep the same file name or rename this file).

The Word files for downloading were created using a legacy version of Word so that they would be usable by everyone. They should be re-saved from within your Word application using the “Save as” command and you will have a current version to work from.

Margins have already been set from within the Word documents to suit each template. You simply begin typing within your new document text area once you have saved the template file.

Additionally, because the Word files may be opened within a variety of operating systems, application versions, and printers, your Word files may need a little adjusting to print optimally from your desktop. In most cases, the files should work just fine without any adjusting.
