Job Summary
Day Surgery Registered Nurses use the nursing process to develop individualized plans of care and to coordinate and deliver care to patients undergoing operative or other invasive procedures. They identify patient needs, set goals with patients, and implement nursing interventions and activities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements: Graduate of accredited school of nursing and licensed by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. BLS and ACLS required. PALS required within 12 months of assuming position. Two (2) years general nursing experiences as an RN preferred. Experience in surgery, day surgery, endoscopy or PACU preferred.
Wage
Depending on your work experience, you could earn a wage of $42.46 to $63.16 per hour.
