Job Summary
Operates, maintains, and repairs mechanical equipment such as steam and hot water boilers, HVAC and refrigeration systems, air compressors, vacuum pumps, life safety systems and other related hospital equipment. Responds to customer complaints regarding comfort or safety issues. Completes preventative maintenance per polices. Demonstrates effective communication in responding to customer needs. Is able to plan, organize, and prioritize work tasks based on operational needs. Is alert to all aspects of equipment when responding to customer requests and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Vocational training or experience in relevant field required. Minimum requirement, a State of Minnesota 2nd Class C Stationary Boiler license. Completion of technical program in Building Facilities Maintenance or HVAC or equivalent work experience preferred. EPA Refrigeration certification and/or Maintenance Electrician’s license preferred. Experience with SIEMENS building automation systems is a plus. Previous maintenance experience in a hospital setting is strongly preferred. MS Outlook knowledge is required
Wage
Depending on your work experience, you could earn a wage of $24.73 to $33.87 per hour. Shift differentials for afternoon and night shifts. ***Signing Bonus $7,500.00***Apply Now
