Job Summary
Plans, implements, and manages the delivery of occupational therapy services for both inpatient and outpatient populations, as well as outside contracts / fee for service business as indicated. Maintains standards of care and ethical conduct set by the American Occupational Therapy Association, the NBCOT, and the MN Department of Health. Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance; facilitates the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity, diminish or correct pathology, and promote and maintain health.
Requirements: Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the State of Minnesota. Hand therapy experience preferred. BLS within three (3) months of hire.
Wage
