Overview
Job Summary
Working under the direction of the radiologist and the Director of Imaging Services; the radiologic technologist performs a variety of radiology procedures to aid in the diagnosis and/or treatment of the patient condition. Performs cardiology procedures such as EKG, Holter/ Event monitors, and cardiac stress tests.
Requirements: A Graduate of an approved course in Radiologic Technology. Certified and Registered from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Certified in Mammography with documented training in Digital Mammography. In-depth knowledge of radiology protocols and imaging equipment. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills.
Wage
Depending on your work experience, you could earn a wage of $28.65 to $40.97 per hour.
