Many of our healthcare providers—including the physicians at CMH Raiter Family Clinic—are now offering visits through our CMH Telehealth program.

To have a secure conversation with your healthcare provider, you simply need a device with a camera and an internet connection or a smartphone (iPhone or Android).

Telehealth appointments support social distancing and are available for:

• Minor health issues or concerns
• Chronic care management
• Preventative care

Your appointment will be billed the same way it would if you were meeting your doctor in person.

You can now see your trusted healthcare professional from the comfort of your home.

Both parties will be able to communicate during a CMH Telehealth appointment. During your visit, your healthcare practitioner will review your case and discuss any tests, procedures, or medications that you may need.
