Job Summary

CMH Raiter Clinic is seeking a compassionate Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician with experience in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics to provide full-spectrum primary care in a rural clinic setting. This role involves caring for patients of all ages—from newborns to seniors—while fostering long-term relationships and continuity of care. Ideal candidates will value community engagement, continuity of care, and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board certification in both Internal Medicine & Pediatrics. Current licensure in the state of MN or ability to gain licensure prior to credentialing. Current certification in BLS, ACLS & PALS.

Wage

Two-year guaranteed salary range of $280,000-$300,000 with bonus potential. Transition to a production model in the third year.
