I got a bill from a 3rd party for services at CMH. Is this legitimate?
CMH contracts with some outside medical providers, including Radiologists Associated of Duluth. If you have questions about the legitimacy of your bill, please contact us at 218-499-6721.
What is your refund policy?
If you have made a credit/debit card payment via the online portal and it is determined that you are due for a refund, Community Memorial Hospital will issue a refund to the original card used for payment.
Refund requests or canceling a payment can be made by contacting the CMH Business Office at 218-499-6721. Please allow 7–10 business days for a refund to appear on the cardholder’s account.
Do you offer financial assistance?
In alignment with our mission of caring for our neighbors, CMH is committed to providing financial assistance to patients through our Community Care Program.
Our Community Care Program is available for emergency and other medically necessary care provided by CMH to uninsured patients who meet income and asset limit requirements. All patients who believe they may qualify for financial assistance are encouraged to submit a Community Care Program application.
