Parking & Entrance Information

The Center for Pain Management is located on 2nd Floor. For your first appointment, please park in the main lot and register in the Specialty Clinic—located just inside the main entrance to the right.

Please note injection only appointments may require you to register in the Emergency Room waiting area. Please follow the specific instructions given by our team about where to register.
