Following graduation from medical school, Dr. Menzel completed training as a naval flight surgeon and served in Japan and East Timor. After 14 years of active duty, he received his honorable discharge with the rank of Commander. He has 25+ years of experience treating orthopedic conditions, including joint replacements, sports injuries, pediatric orthopedics, fracture care, and more. He currently serves as CMH’s Chief of Surgery. In his free time, Dr. Menzel enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching sports.
