Michael believes that how we treat patients—with kindness, respect, and humility—is as important as the physical therapy interventions we provide. Growing up in Cloquet, he appreciates the community’s people, landscape, and small-town feel, which fosters closer connections with those he serves. Michael has been married for 12+ years to his wife, Jenna, and they have three children together. In addition to his work in healthcare, he is the pastor of a local church, where he strives to support his community. He enjoys playing hockey and taking saunas, which help him to maintain balance in his life and connect with others in a relaxed environment.
