Responsible for providing front line technical assistance and support related to hospital and clinic computer systems, hardware, and software. May assist the IT Analysts in the installation, modification, and repairs to computer hardware, software, and network systems. Responds to help desk tickets, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.
Requirements: 1 year of experience providing level 1 or above help desk support in IT operations is preferred; experience assisting customers via online help desk tickets, on phone, by email, in person, and using other communication via technology is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional customer service orientation. Patience for dealing with difficult customer-service situations.
