Diagnostic Imaging FAQs

Do I need a referral for diagnostic imaging? 

Yes, all imaging requires a provider’s referral except screening mammograms. To schedule a screening mammogram, please call 218-878-7015.

If you have an order for imaging from a non-CMH facility or provider, you are welcome to call and make an appointment. After your images have been processed, CMH will send them to your provider.
