Total Joint Boot Camp

Total Joint Boot Camp will give you the opportunity to learn:

• The roles of physical therapy and occupational therapy in your recovery
• Precautions and activity restrictions following surgery
• Exercises for strengthening both prior to and following your surgical procedure
• Adaptive equipment options to increase independence
• Home adaptations

Nursing staff will be present to review:

• What to bring for your hospital stay
• What to expect during your hospital stay (especially the first day of surgery)
• Safe Discharge Planning
• Durable Medical Equipment

WHEN: 1st Thursday of every month
TIME: 12:30-2 PM
