Philosophy of Care
As a second-career therapist, Derrick’s philosophy centers on addressing the root causes of pain and suffering rather than merely treating symptoms. He believes in a holistic approach, considering how the entire body contributes to dysfunction. Communication is key; if patients listen, work hard, and maintain an open mind, physical therapy can profoundly change their lives. His goal is to empower individuals by providing care that promotes long-term healing and wellness.
